可攜式環境感測器(Portable Environmental Sensors)

可攜式環境感測器結合便利性及快速檢測之特性, 預期達到現地快篩之用途, 本研究團隊針對不同環境汙染物之特性進行設計, 於奈米顆粒表面修飾特定官能基與環境汙染物進行反應, 進而產生顏色上的變化, 並且透過UV及可攜式拉曼輔助環境汙染物的判定, 以銅離子為例, 目前可偵測濃度範圍為0.5至20ppm, 而且在1分鐘內完成偵測, 同時也與ICP-OES相比對, 在無需經過前處理的情況下量測, 準確性可達到99.3%.

A major source of copper ions pollution is Printed Circuit Board (PCB) manufacturing. The human body can be strongly threatened by excessive copper ions. The major human health problems, like gastrointestinal disorders, cirrhosis, and Alzheimer's association. ICP-OES, ICP-MS, and AAS are the most common method for copper ions determination. However, the high cost of sample preparation and labor would limit the possibility of on-site detection. This research developed rapid monitoring copper ions through the SERS technique. Magnetic SERS-activated probes were investigated as SERS-activated magnetic nanoprobes. Magnetic SERS-activated probes performed superparamagnetism for rapid aggregation and 4MBA provided selectivity of copper ion. The linearity of copper ion response is located at the range from 0.5 to 20 ppm. Detection of copper ions through Magnetic SERS-activated probes would effectively minimize the anion effect. Copper ion detection through the SERS technique was precise as using ICP-OES.
